Dream Dance Studio offers a flexible and affordable space rental program tailored for emerging and established instructors.
Why Rent at Dream Dance?

Rental Options:
Weekdays: $320/month for up to 4 hours weekly, or $40/hour.
Weekends: $50/hour.
Requirements:
CPR Certification.
Valid dance instructor insurance.
Waiver forms from studio and instructor.

Current Programs Hosted at Dream Dance
Dance into 2025 with Queer Dance Roanoke and join the FUNdamentals of Dance Connection 6-week series! Take a break from the world and enjoy a queer-centered space as we connect and relate through learning the basics of partner Latin dance, with an emphasis on having FUN!
Leave perfectionism at the door in this beginner-friendly series, where we will focus each week on different skills for the dance floor through the rhythms of salsa, bachata, tango, and more.
No partner necessary! But you can totally bring your bestie or crush—just make sure everyone registers in advance, please.

Cost: $60-$90 Sliding Scale
All of our pricing is on a sliding scale. We ask that higher-income folks pay a higher rate so that those with less income can attend at a lower rate—thank you for your support!
